RIP Robin Williams

The passing of a great man tonight, Robin Williams was a great inspiration to family, friends and fans.

My favourite movies were Dead Poets Society, Good Will Hunting, Mrs. Doubtfire and Patch Adams.   The first two I listed were so inspiration to me as a young adult.   And his comedies were a big uplift to life.

He had great performances in his life and those 4 movies just quickly came to mind.   I didn’t watch much TV when I was younger and I have to thank my parents for not subjecting me to too much media.   But I did see some Mork and Mindy episodes.

Going through the IMDB website now, I remember some amazing comedies like Jack, Flubber, and amazing voice over in the Night at the Museum series and for the cute penguin Ramon and Lovelace in Happy Feet.

Dramatic roles in AI, Bicentennial Man and now I remember another favourite What Dreams May Come, brought tears to my eyes.

He was equally scary as well in One Hour Photo and Insomnia.
